Cuyahoga County Deform

Well lets take a look at the chain of events since the Inauguration... The " watch dogs " are on the prowl.. Its about time something is getting done about the corruption in the county. The trickle down effect has hit every possible office from the Sheriff to the Clerk of Courts and so on... The big targets J. Dimora, T. Hagan which isn't a surprise E. Turner I'm a little surprised about him since I grew up in Ward 2 off Miles Ave.. Nonetheless, the truth always has a way of coming to exposure.. its time for change we are going to be in for a nice little journey being residents of Cuyahoga county... perhaps this will free up some opportunity to have more legal heads take over the overflow of cases..... We shall see..

Jazz Currents

Jazz in 2009, What do you all consider as Jazz??? Turn the radio to the Jazz station you may hear a tune from Seal, Queen Latifah, John Legend which in my opinion is R&B... Jazz to my knowledge is Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Najee, Forecast, Ramsey Lewis to name a few.. Jazz Currents far we know, the John Legend/India Arie concert this past Saturday was fantastic at the Nautica Pavillion. Far as the readers are concerned lets take a blogger opinion on what type of music would you consider as Jazz.... How bout that!! to be continued.... A good album is Rebound by the late Wayman Tisdale, Tim Cunningham has a good album, Boney James new one Send One Your Love is also nice......

The Officer, The Gentleman, No Rest..

Officer Crowley vs. Professor Gates. As we are aware of the events of the last few weeks, Henry Louis Gates Jr. was arrested at his home for being a Black successful individual coming home from travels and misplaced his house keys. An unnecessary matter that shows that racial inequalities still in 2009 exist contrary to majority belief. Yes!, some blacks believe this not surprising considering the current mind state that is fluid in this society of chaos. President Obama made the statement that the police " acted stupidly" fact... Furthermore, the gesture to gather Mr. Gates and Mr. Crowley for beer to resolve this matter in my opinion was a great idea, this shows resolution. One small step forward for all humans! right? Dispite the ignorance of Boston's Officer Barrett sending the email blasting racial slurs toward Mr. Gates in an attempt to prompt more tension failed. We as people need to become more proactive. We need to take a stand against matters of such by starting with ourselves as a whole. Statements like "nappy headed ho's" etc... these are the expreesions that causes tension when a caucasian uses them, yet we use these terms its all good....Not... to be continued..... Next, the unrest in peace of Emmit Till as it states the groudskeepers at the Burr Oak Cemetery in Alsip, Il allegedly hid the glass coffin that laid his body, even to point out that it may have been used for other burials go figure the 14 yr old whose life was horridly taken due to ignorance for whistling at a white woman in 1955 still has no rest... This is the Hypocrisy thats the evenflow...... Let there be an uprising of intellectuals, the walkers and the talkers.......to be continued....
